Wissenswertes

Frisch, nativ und schonend kalt gepresst, aus den Samen des Nutzhanfs gewonnen. Die Hanfsamen sind naturbelassen aus Anbau ohne Gebrauch von synthetischen Pflanzenschutzmitteln und Düngern.

Hanföl schmeckt frisch und nussig.Es eignet sich am besten für die kalte Küche, zur Zubereitung von Salaten, Dressings, Soßen, Marinaden, Brotaufstrichen, Pasta und Fisch- und Fleischgerichten und auch zur Verfeinerung von Müsli und Joghurt. Wegen seines relativ niedrigen Rauchpunkts von etwa 165 °C ist es zum Braten oder Frittieren ungeeignet. Auch zur Hautpflege verwendbar.

Kaltgepresstes Hanföl enthält Omega-3 und Omega-6 Fettsäuren sowie Gamma-Linolensäure. Es liefert Vitamin E, Vitamin B1 und B2, sowie die wichtigen Mineralstoffe Kalium, Phosphor, Eisen, Magnesium und Calcium.

Es enthält weder Cannabidiol (CBD) noch Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in nennenswerten Mengen.
